What makes a good caravan park?

People who enjoy caravanning holidays want to experience the natural environment. Your park should ideally be located far enough away from the city to provide a quiet, rural atmosphere, where people can see the stars in the night sky without the ambient light of an urban setting.

Do Centre Parcs have touring caravans?

Sadly, you can not take tents or touring caravans to Center Parcs. Camping is not permitted in any of the Center Parcs villages in the UK and instead, you'll need to stay in the dedicated Center Parcs accommodation which comes in the form of lodges or apartments.

Please note that Haven and Hoseasons are different things altogether. Hoseasons is a travel agency really. They don't own the camps, you are just booking your holiday via them. Haven owns holiday camps, kind of like Butlins or Center Parcs, etc.

What is a haven Privilege Card?

The Privilege Card can be used to gain entry to the owners' facilities at your home park only, but it can be used to gain entry to the general facilities and entertainment venues at any Haven caravan park. It is not valid at any of Bourne Leisure's Butlin's resorts or Warner Leisure Hotels.

How long can you keep a caravan on site?

Most operators allow you to keep a static caravan on their park for 10 - 20 years, with lodges allowing slightly longer - although this should be determine in your site license agreement.

How long can a caravan stay on a Haven site?

Your caravan will have to be no more than 7 years old**. And unlike many other caravan operators who require you to change your caravan every 5-10 years, Haven owners can enjoy their holiday home for as long as they like. The only thing we ask is that you pay your annual site fees and ongoing costs.
