What do I do if I lost my NVQ certificate?
If you or any of your staff have managed to lose, or misplace your CACHE NVQ certificates, don't panic. You just need to contact CACHE via their website, or ring them on 0191 2398000 and they will send you a duplicate certificate.

To Print an e-certificate, you must first have the Print Task OCIS ECERTIFICATES configured as well as the customizable reports e-certificate_voucher and e-certificate_voucher_issued. OCIS E-Certificates may only be issued in ORS, but they can be printed in PMS.
