Is AA Roadside free?

In addition to personal protection, this service reduces the risk of hijacking and vandalism. It's linked to roadside assistance in major metropolitan areas subject to availability. This service is available free of charge to all AA Advantage Plus Members.
What does Automobile Association do?
AA membership gives you access to more than 30 benefits including roadside rescue, roadside assistance, medical rescue, mechanical and accident towing, battery tests and jump starts, and mobile battery sales, to name a few.
Can I use AA without being a member?
We'll come and rescue you, even if you're not a Member yet. If you're already with us, you can also report a breakdown and pinpoint your location using our app. It's the fastest way to ask us for help and track our arrival.
Can AA open locked car?
If you're locked out, we can open the lock to get you back in your car . Our equipment reads the key design from the car's lock so we can copy it. We'll pick a blank key or fob to suit your vehicle from the range carried in our vans. We can usually cut and program a replacement key in around 40 minutes.
Does AA come out for flat Tyres?
Your car could break down for a number of reasons, like a flat battery or a flat tyre. If you're at the roadside - or even at home - a breakdown service will send a mechanic out to your car to try to fix the problem.
Does AA cover include windscreen?
If you have a chipped or cracked windscreen, you may be able to claim for a repair or replacement on your car insurance. But windscreen damage isn't included on every car insurance policy. Windscreen damage may be included in a comprehensive policy but not in a third party, fire and theft policy.

To procure a carnet, the owner of a vehicle is required to contact the approved Automobile Association (authorised to issue a carnet) in the country he is residing. The Automobile Association on receipt of a requisite fee will issue the Carnet and the necessary documentation & certifications.
